Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Nixie.Studio, the generative-media studio operated by the Devil Brigade artist cooperative. By creating an account or using the studio, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the studio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

01Membership & accounts

The studio is currently invite-only. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove access that violates these Terms.

02Acceptable use

You agree to use the studio only for lawful purposes and not to:

• create or upload content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes others' rights;
• generate content that is illegal, or that violates a connected provider's policies;
• attempt to bypass access controls, scrape, or disrupt the service or other members;
• misuse connected AI providers or another member's API access or credits.

03Your content & ownership

You keep ownership of the prompts you write and the media you generate or upload. You grant the cooperative a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the studio for you (e.g., your catalog and productions). The cooperative does not claim ownership of your work and does not sell it.

04AI-generated content

Media is produced with third-party AI models. We make no guarantee that generated output is original, unique, or free of third-party rights, and you're responsible for how you use it. Each model provider's own terms apply to outputs created with that provider.

05Third-party services & your API keys

The studio connects to services you choose — among them Luma, fal.ai, kie.ai/Suno, and Google/YouTube. You connect your own keys and accounts; those providers' terms and billing apply directly between you and them. The cooperative isn't responsible for provider charges, availability, or changes. Google user data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

06Fees & credits

Any fees or metered credits the cooperative may introduce will be described here, with billing terms, before they apply to you.

07Disclaimers & liability

The studio is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The cooperative's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

08Termination, changes & governing law

You may stop using the studio at any time; we may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms and will note the effective date; continued use means you accept the update.
